Refund Policy

1.Free trial: 3 days, no charge

Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. A card is required, but nothing is charged while the trial lasts. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.

2.Cancelling

Cancelling takes two clicks: from your profile (“Manage subscription”) or through the link in your purchase confirmation email (Lemon Squeezy). Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period — the rules below cover that.

3.Yearly subscription

If the yearly subscription is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. After that, the rest of the year cannot be refunded, except in the case of a technical fault (section 5).

4.Monthly subscription

The monthly subscription is not refunded once a paid month has started, because the free trial lets you try everything before the first charge. The exception is a technical fault (section 5).

5.Technical fault

If Moja Forma does not work because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you: the amount for that month on a monthly plan, or a pro-rata share of the remaining period on a yearly plan.

6.How to request a refund

Email [EMAIL] with your account email and the date of the charge, or the order number from your purchase confirmation email (Lemon Squeezy). We reply within 3 business days.

7.How you get the money back

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the seller you paid through, to the same card or payment method used for the purchase. How quickly the amount appears on your account depends on your bank.

8.Your statutory rights

These rules do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law, or under Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. If the law or those terms give you more, whatever is more favourable to you applies.
